Supporting Educators: Practical Tools to Teach ESG and AI

One of GenESG’s main goals is to make it easier for educators to teach complex topics like sustainable finance and artificial intelligence. Through our ongoing research and collaboration with university lecturers, we’ve learned that many educators are interested in bringing ESG into their classrooms—but often lack the time, tools, or confidence to do so effectively.

That’s why the GenESG project doesn’t just create content—it provides comprehensive teaching support. We’re developing:

  • Five complete microlearning modules with structured content
  • Teaching notes that explain how to guide classroom discussion
  • Quizzes and case studies for active learning
  • A chatbot that assists students with content understanding
  • A step-by-step guide on how to responsibly use AI in education

All these resources will be available through the GenESG Virtual Academy, making it easy for professors to integrate them into lectures, seminars, or blended learning formats.

By offering ready-to-use and flexible materials, we hope to ease the burden on educators while ensuring students gain the skills and knowledge they need to understand sustainable finance in a digital age.
