We are pleased to announce the launch of the first official GenESG project newsletter. The newsletter #1 introduces the GenESG project – Sustainable Finance Microlearning with Educational Generative AI – and provides an overview of its objectives, initial activities, and future directions. In this first edition, readers can learn more about the project’s mission to strengthen ESG-related competencies in higher education through innovative microlearning formats and AI-supported learning tools. The newsletter also highlights key outcomes from the project kick-off meeting held in April 2025 in The Hague, including work on ESG competence cards, curriculum development, AI chatbot design, and dissemination strategies. The GenESG newsletter will be published regularly to share project progress, results, and upcoming activities with stakeholders, educators, students, and the wider public.
